Bitter Gourd

Our homemade bitter gourd dry vegetable is sourced from rural areas of Karnataka and is made from the hands of small women entrepreneurs. It is made from organic bitter gourd finely chopped and mixed with salt and buttermilk which is sundried to perfection. As it is ready to fry, Heat some cooking oil and fry the dried bitter gourd in it till it turns brown in colour and enjoy! It is ideal for monsoon season and meal times.
