The product is sourced from Smallscale rural woman enterpreneurs. the raw Citrons is finely chopped into pieces and drained in buttermilk added with salt and spices, and then sundried.this dried sandige can be stored and used for many months. while using Take a pan add little oil and fry it nicely which will become crispy and tasty. It is a verygood sidedish for meals.
Store in cool and dry place and airtight container.
